Linear infrastructure intrusions into natural biodiversity ecosystems are man-made linear infrastructure such as roads and highways, electric power lines, railway lines, canals, crude oil pipelines and fences. These intrusions cause linear opening through the environment or breakage in the landscape connectivity due to infrastructure creation and maintenance, which is known to have multiple ecological effects in terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. At CJI, we explore the impact of linear infrastructure.
We explore nexus between linear infrastructure on environment, animals and human
Advise on impacts of superhiways, railway and electric lines on environment, animals and human
We study the impact of mega development corridors on environment and ecology
We research on interlinks between power energy, transport industry and ecology
We advise and appraise mega resort cities development
We advise on energy oil fuel gas network infrastructure
Oil Gas Pipeline Facility
We evaluate impacts of Standard Gauge Railway development on people and environment
We advise on maritime seaport transport development system
We advance and advocate for hydroelectric Power dams projects
We research the nexus between airport transport development and environment
